Since I moved to Switzerland in 2013 I've been fascinated by two cook books - Elisabeth Fülscher Kockbuch and Tiptopf. I admire the simplicity and the logical structures of the recipes. Very useful reference when you have made something before, you have a brief idea in your mind how to do it so all you need is a quick look at the measurements, temperature and steps again to get things started.

I have a pile of loosepages binded with a butterfly clip hung on my kitchen cabinet with notes I made after I tested out these recipes. Very chaotic and not intended for human to read. So I decided to re-write some of my favourites and do some drawings accordingly as well.
